New Release

This update primarily focuses on user experience optimization and bug fixes:

Easier to understand error messages in the chat interface: Error messages are no longer just a string of error codes, technical details are collapsed by default, and errors that are automatically retried will no longer pop up repeatedly.
When switching between Plan/Act modes or editing historical messages, previously entered text, images, and files will not be lost.
Easier local model integration: Ollam's default waiting time has been increased to 5 minutes, and the model list is now refreshed on demand.
If a task file is corrupted, it will be automatically backed up and restored from an existing task, eliminating the need for manual confirmation.
The rest are tool compatibility enhancements, cross-platform adaptations, and several bug fixes.
